If you decide to request a refund within the 60-day guarantee window, who covers the return shipping is worth confirming directly.
Contact customer support to confirm whether return shipping is covered by the brand or paid by the customer, since this specific detail isn't published in the materials reviewed.
A guarantee that requires you to pay return shipping is worth less than one that doesn't — worth confirming this detail before you order, not after you've decided to request a refund.
